259no perhaps? ;) But, if Flem does want NZ to be the best in the world in ODI's, he's going to have to get contributions from everyone on a consistent basis.

What happened to that guy Astle who wanted to hit every ball for six? Hasn't he woken up yet or cant he see the ball?

Astle is a passenger. Chris Cairns is probably thinking of retirement.

Yasir Arafat and Scotland?:D

I wonder what would happen if we put out a post in the main forum that Y. Arafat was sighted in Scotland.

Meanwhile weapons of mass destruction

"I have developed a secret delivery that I intend to use during the series against India,"

Ha! :D :D :D

This secret delivery doesn't happen to be a beamer by any chance. :D

Conceded, but spinners can bowl full tosses, and what is a beamer but a head high full toss? ;)

Naughty Brett. ;)

Do you know why Kaif was dropped for Singh? Seems somewhat strange to me.

He's been apologetic every time he's done it.:D :D :D

Beamers have been bowled ever since cricket was invented. It is a sure sign of a bowler losing his cool.

But suing a bowler for bowling a beamer seems carrying things too far.

I've played cricket and I've bowled beamers. If the batsman is good enough he will spot it and duck.

Happens all the time.

Kaif is out because Laxman has to be fitted in for one last time before he gets the message and retires.

At least that is my take on it.

Yuvi is in form and is expected to do well. In India one is not considered good enough unless one has made runs against Pakistan. This is his baptism by fire I would think.

I don't expect your beamers were as fast as Bretts. :D

The only time I have ever bowled was when I was at school. 2 balls in total and I was no-balled each time for throwing. Apparently the teacher umpiring just wasn't a big fan of round arm bowling. :(

Hey man. Did you know that the Pakistani coach Bob Woolmer was born in India?:)

Sania has beaten the US Open champ in the Dubai Open.

Narain Karthikeyan has a Portuguese co-driver for F1 racing. Indian sport is looking up.

Oh yes. That's the problem with games. individual batsmen have no personal skill levels. Glenn Mcgrath is just as devestating a batter as Sachin is. :(

How long do you think They have left in test cricket? Typically the ICC won't admit there mistake in lifting the suspension.
