Well, Hampshire team mates. Let's hope that we don't get into any dire situations.

This thread will still be going when the sun consumes the earth.

Amazing run chase by Hampshire. :)

The keep getting into hideously tight holes and digging their way out again, even without Pieterson and Warney.

The most famous beard in sport

If you have convicts, Poms, and currymunchers hobnobbing together on a Russian forum, it must be something about an English game.

Lucky bastard. I'm tied down here (though not literally tied down and being whipped and beaten by leather clad lovelies with brutal intentions:chok: )

But, we'll probably lose anyway. We haven't beaten the old enemy at Lords since 1934 or something. :wonder:

Swine. :uh:

Don't get hit by a 6 from Pieterson will you? Or alternatively, don't get hit in the face face by his leg stump bail if Brett Lee bowls at him. :P

"I thought there were situations occurring where we could take more ownership of the game"
..
When asked what he would do if Australia were two short of victory in the final Test with one wicket at hand he replied: "I wouldn't nick it."

Well, I hope he will be wrong about not nicking it, but what the hey. . :D

Dizzy should be left out... Brett Lee will be in the team with Kaspo and McGrath... yep I would give anything to watch Gilly hitting a ton at Lords.

"My mum would have scored runs and got wickets against Bangladesh. She would have wanted to bat and bowl at both ends. They are an embarrassment to Test cricket," added Boycott, the fourth highest Test scorer for England.

Are all Yorkshiremen like Geoff?

Well, they've shown that the can perform at top level, but not consistantly. In 5 years perhaps the West Indies will have replaced them at the bottom. :wonder:

There was a story that during the 74 Ashes series, Jeff Thomson would go and wake up Lillee half and hour earlier so they could both hate England for and extra 30 minutes a day.

126/5 with Katich and Gilly at the crease.

Two stubborn convicts at the crease and one of them is actually violent but has a conscience.:D
