Jaffer finished with 212. "caught Jayawardene bowled Muralitharan" occurs 57 times in Test score books.

Reminds one of "caught Sobers bowled Gibbs.":)

Aye well, Brian has clearly cemented his reputation as the Schumacher of the Cricketing world. Doesn't make him a bad batsman though, although he has been recently.:Bad:

In the meantime, will Pathan be recalled? :wonder:

Pity he missed out on pre-lunch Tonnage, but you can't have everything. Indeed, it makes Don Bradmans feat of scoring a Ton in each session on day 1 of the 1930 Headingly test when he made 334 even more remarkable.

Still, despite being in quite a good position, I'm sure your chaps will find a way to screw it up somehow. You always do. :D

England lose by 20 runs. I'm coming to the conclusion that one day international cricket is a bit gay. Pullhair

Perverse? :chok:

Well, goody news for India, the 3rd test will go ahead after all. But what if the West Indies are on the brink of defeat by stumps day 4, will a strike then proceed..:wonder:

200ao in 87 painfully slow overs. It's not good really, however one looks at it. :(
