Also why do you refer to the Pakkies as pukestan? I thought it was the Sri Lankans who were the chuckers? :-)))

1.Pakistanis make you puke.
2. Have you ever seen Shoiab Akhtar's bowling action?
Its almost like a baseball 'pitch.';)

I wouldn't have said runs were that plentiful. Looks like a very confortable viictory for the Aussies.

Good for Glichrist to walk after the umpire said he was not out as well. Good thing. :)

If the Kenyans have to bat second, what sort of score do you think they'll get? 40? 50? Um. ;)

Yes, an honorable thing! You'd never see Miandad do it.

Well of course not. He's Pakistani, which speaks for itself. :)

I think De Silva did the same last saturday as well. Nothing wrong with a bit of honesty. :D

Steve Waugh - 'I wouldn't walk'

I dont think I would either unless like he said it was an obvious nick.

There is a danger of todays semi being rained off, if it is india will go through on the result of the last match they played. They will be relieved they didnt do a srilanka or newzealand as that would of seen kenya get a bye to the final, wijch would of been something.

India now looks at Adam Gilchrist with new respect.
Probably its the 'christ' in his name that makes his conscience wake up.

India won the toss and are going to bat first.

Looks like your decision to back both Australia and India has paid of ag, you didnt happen to bet on the two appearing in the final did you?

I think despite whats been said about this tournament the two best sides will be in the final.

Hi Guys,
Sorry for a delayed response. I was too drunk to type.
We won the toss, we had the entire crowd (with the exception of a few diehard Aussies) on our side, and we made the Ozzies win.
The Aussies simply played, I would prefer to call it, clinical cricket, and won handsomely. We were outbatted, outbowled, and outfielded, and the game was an abject lesson for our Indian wannabe champions. We are good enough to reach the finals, but not good enough to lift the cup. We need to analyze the mistakes we made and make sure we dont repeat them in 2007.

This has been a wonderful thread where Aussies, Australian-Americans, Brits, and Indians have communicated to each other with gentlemanly dignity and shamed the 'pigs'(zxb: please note).

It would be nice if sledging "you know who" could be discussed here in terms of setting a silly point and a short leg who try to emulate zxb's sledging.;)

Once again, Well played Australia. We shall meet in 2007 in the Caribbean.

NZ, S. Africa and Australia is the nearest I can think of.
We wont play Pakistan, I am sure, as long as they kill Indians on the border.

India's tour program is at:
http://www-ind.crick..._TOURS_IND.html

Country-wise details are given here:

http://www-ind.crick...G/LISTINGS.html

Trust an Indian to have the details ready.
PS. What can we do to stop this goddam war?

Thanks for the links.

How to stop the war? No idea. Pressure General Franks to surrender as soon as possible perhaps.

How do you think we'll fair against S Africa this summer? I think we've have a chance. :)
