In Aug.
1999, King Hassan II died after 38 years
on the throne and his son, Prince Sidi
Muhammad, was crowned King
Muhammad VI. Since then Muhammad
VI has pledged to make the political system more open, to allow freedom of
expression, and to support economic reform. He has also advocated giving more
rights to women, which has been opposed by Islamic fundamentalists. The
entrenched political elite and the military have also been leery of some reform
proposals. With about 20% of the population living in dire poverty, economic
expansion is a prime goal.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha They still have "kings" and tribal leaders.

Sure African, I guess you are ashamed of your background and make up a 'legend'..

Like most of the third world protien morons here..

During the 17th and 18th centuries
Morocco was one of the Barbary states,
the headquarters of pirates who pillaged
Mediterranean traders. European powers
became interested in colonizing the
country beginning in 1840, and there were
frequent clashes with the French and
Spanish. Finally, in 1904, France and
Spain concluded a secret agreement that
divided Morocco into zones of French
and Spanish influence, with France
controlling almost all of Morocco and
Spain controlling the small southwest
portion, which became known as Spanish
Sahara
******************************************
So you will end up a colony again....

23 % UNEMPLOYMENT

50 % ILLITERATE

RULED BY A KING

The land was rarely unified and was
usually ruled by small tribal states.

During the 17th and 18th centuries
Morocco was one of the Barbary states,
the headquarters of pirates who pillaged
Mediterranean traders.

Per Capita income $3,500.00

A rebel group, the Polisario Front, has fought against Morocco since 1976
for the independence of Western Sahara on behalf of the indigenous Saharawis. The
Polisario and Morocco agreed in Sept. 1991 to a UN-negotiated cease-fire, which
was contingent on a referendum regarding independence. For the past decade,
however, the UN has failed to hold the referendum; disputes over voter eligibility
have been the major stumbling block, as well as Morocco's opposition to the
referendum. In 2002, King Mohammed VI reasserted that he

AG,

I guess you like Marroco,

and you like using Google.

I suppose it is very painful to admit that you are wrong about anything,

is not it?

Well you are right about Marroco, but I have nothing to do with the place.

And you seem to be confusing me with some Morrocan maned Uma.

I suppose I am not the only person with certain views about you guys.

Yet the Subject at hand is

not the thing you are holding in your hand,

but the Dead American Political System, that produces no viable results

either economically or in foreign relations.

I guess too much noise from the likes of you has blinded the American

publid to this fact.

YOU NEED A NEW POLITICAL SYSTEM SOON OR YOU WILL DIE AS A NATION.

Actually, the founding fathers established an excellent system. But the modern corruptions of it resulted in exactly what you posted.

You have it backwards. The 220 years dead guys had it right and are worthy of respect. The modern abusers and twisters of the system are the ones to be blamed.

The founders established a federal republic. From Lincoln on its been something else entirely.

EO

Most of that !0 trillion is play money, plastic money, borrowed mony.

Americans have a 30 trillion debt which is owed to International Capital,

who bought most of the US banks, and has a huge share of the treasury bills.

in a year or so the US government will default at its debt if they go to war

and the economy does not improve.

The poor African now denies he is from Morocco. I do not blame him, but everybody knows who he is. Now he can add liar to his long list of failings.

But everybody knew that anyway.

Poor UMABongo, the village elders may demand his tongue be ripped out.

Run UmaBongo, run.

EO,

If you read my post carefully I wrote

Americans are in debt 30 trillion ,

I did not even count what the Government owes.

Now if there is no capital gain taxes collected, from stock that go up,

and if more people go out of work,

where is Washington going to get the 2 trillion dollors it needs to cover

their debts qnd expanses?

I don't think you are aware how serious the economic downturn is in

the US.

Almost everything is imported, the trade imballance is huge,

only housing and cars and airoplanes are made in the US.

Most American brand computers and cell phones are made

in Asia, almost all cloths and shoes, even brains are no longer made in

the US and have to be imported.

Where is the paradise on earth that is better?

The USA is far from perfect & sure as sh-- not what the
founding fathers thought up at the start but the future
is there and the pendulum will swing.

I think we are in a time when our liberties are in danger
from the climate of fear created by the 911 event
[or plot as some will have it]. Hopefully, we will learn
and change. Maybe we won't.

But to hell with all this bashing.

Wtrash,

The trashing has not even began yet,

this is just words

The real trashing begins when the whole place

starts looking like Khabule,

or WWII Berlin,

or Hiroshima,

or the World Trade Center

after 9/11, just a bunch of trash

that is real Trashing

But judging from your name you seem to trive on trash.
