Tell that to the dieing tortured people in Iraq who have had tried revolting many times, and been gassed and tortured to death cause of it. After Gulf War I, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis revolted, to try to overthrow the goverment. Saddam responded by brutally slaying, not only those who revolted, but there entire families as well.
Unfortunatly if the Iraqi's tried to stage a peace march, they would be tortured to death. 10 thousand Iraqi's die a month because of improper care because Saddam refuses to give in to UN demands and spends all his money on his vast palaces instead of helping his people. These UN mandates don't just include WMD, but a slew of Human Rights violation which result in suffering and death in the amounts found in war. If war is what it takes to break the cycle at least this won't continue for another 10 - 15 years. Oh and guess who's next in line for the throne? Quasay, if you like Saddam, you'll *love* quasay!

Yes im sure they do, thats why we should give the Iraqi people peace. They are already at war with there government. In case you don't know, there is already northern colony that has broken away from the government that Saddam wishes to brutally crush, and has not done so because the "American" have been protecting them via the no fly zones for the past 12 years. Should it be our job to protect them forever? The "peace loving" countries sure as hell won't help.

Baltoga says the war is legal because Goldsmith says it's legal.

7 billion people say Baltoga and Goldsmith are wrong.

The first Iraq war was legal because it was authorized by the UN(legality does not necessarily make it just). The current Iraq war is illegal. Most legal scholars agree that it is illegal.
