Yes, i've looked at the website a few times now, i like there watches, but they seem a little over priced. What do you think?

perhaps, maybe.
I don't know the Russian prices of the watches in Russia.
The western watches are all quartz, none mechanical or solar powered or full automatic and mechanical.
I remember the old BULOVAs ('70s)(the Moon watch - ACCUTRON QUARTZ) and one full automatic from Japan without necessity of winding (perhaps SEIKO).
The best are the TITANIUM watches, full automatic without necessity of winding.

pacific,
Well a friend of mine has a Russian Watch, it's very old, but it still works just fine, a little heavy on the wrist but nice all the same.
As to the prices of these Watches on this site, you could buy them, or at least, ones like them in Moscow for half the price, if you knew where to look.
I have to say i do like the Presidents Watch, i will have to try and find one of those next time i'm in Russia. :)
