Yes, says Michael Crichton in his Prey.
Computer agent can today optimal any program to fulfill goal of program.
In this case it was secret Pentagon program for Predator smart camera weapon built on base protein E-Cola bacteria.
This weapon is practically impossible to destroy, it is built from fog of small nano particles which easy set in order after any attack.
They also have ability to reproduce, accumulate sun energy and bacterial way of consumption.
Collective brain is possible similar to the group brain of fire ants, bees etc.
Brain of group of idiots constitutes a genius. This is science fiction but also reality.
Of course some might have dream that they prevailed the biological war so it is good reason to start, but it is only a dream. As viruses can block computers, but they also can change the goal in production of nano particles.
Bush mechanical robots for Iraq imight be replaced by alive robots. Problem is only one; whole world would manufacture them.

Is this type of democracy Juszczenko will sow on Ukraine?

Iraqi Abuse Was Like Act of 'Cheerleaders' -- Lawyer A lawyer for Charles Graner, accused ringleader in the Iraq prisoner abuse scandal, on Monday compared piling naked prisoners into pyramids to cheerleader shows and said leashing inmates was also acceptable prisoner control Prosecutors also presented shocking new videos and photos from Abu Ghraib prison, including forced group masturbation.
Womack said using a tether was a valid method of controlling detainees. "You're keeping control of them. A tether is a valid control to be used in corrections," he said. "In Texas we'd lasso them and drag them out of there."

After prosecutors screened grainy video that was previously not made public showing naked and hooded Iraqi male prisoners masturbating, Frederick said Graner and England joked about the incident.
"He (Graner) said something to the fact that it was a present for her birthday," said Frederick, who, like Graner, was also a prison guard in civilian life.
Frederick recounted several occasions on which Graner hit prisoners, including once when he knocked out a man before piling him and others into a naked human pyramid. "He shook his hand and said 'damn, that hurt'," Frederick said. http://www.reuters.c...storyID=7287158

UGLY TRANSITION
The transition has not been pretty. In the two weeks since the election, one member of the outgoing cabinet was found dead in his sauna with a gunshot to the head

It is hope for humanity for freedom.
US which so hotly fought for debt relief for Iraq, where Americans hope to put their fist on on Iraq resources, opposes strongly the Paris Club proposals of creditor nations reduce debts of countries hardest hit by the Dec. 26 tsunami.
American Snows says; *The U.S. is concerned the plan may damage credit ratings and funnel money to bureaucracies instead of victims. *. http://quote.bloombe...kE0&refer=home.
But when Europe, US are at odds, is growing some hope for humanity for freedom.
Only military competion between US and Europe can save humanity.
So people don

Iraqi Victim Says U.S. Torture Worse Than Saddam

FORT HOOD, Texas (Reuters) - A former inmate at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison forced by U.S. guards to masturbate in public and piled onto a pyramid of naked men said Tuesday even Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein did not do such things. http://www.reuters.c...storyID=7300542

OPEC oil ministers will meet on January 30 as scheduled despite a request from Iraq to move the date of the meeting a .(!)

Why Iraq might be interested in lower oil price in contrary to the Iraq national interest?
It is one more proof that Iraqui government acts against national Iraq interest. It deserves the prison cell .
Saddam has never acted against interest of his country and he should receive a nobilitation. :)

"Just having elections in Iraq is an enormous success and a victory," Mr. Rumsfeld

Rumsfeld thinks that even skewed election is like Baptism water which provides the total annulment of the sins of one's past . Hitler has good laugh, his Nazi Party was elected in uncontested election. :)

US trade deficit widened to $60.3 billion in November amid high demand for foreign oil and a surprising drop in sales of U.S. goods and services overseashttp://online.wsj.com/public/us

One said that low dollars is good for decreasing debts . He, I expect, will be the candidate for Nobel prize in economics.

The aircraft carrier leading the U.S. military's tsunami relief effort steamed out of Indonesian waters Wednesday because the country declined to let the ship's fighter pilots use its airspace for training missions. The U.S. Marines have scaled back their planned contribution to the aid operation. US agree not to carry weapons or set up a base camp on Indonesian soil. http://story.news.ya...ami_us_military
US for tsunami victims Aid is very perishable.:)

.......*Soros group raises stakes in battle with US neo-cons

A group of billionaire philanthropists are to donate tens of millions more dollars to develop progressive political ideas in the US in an effort to counter the conservative ascendancy. George Soros, who made his fortune in the hedge fund industry; Herb and Marion Sandler, the California couple who own a multi-billion-dollar savings and loan business; and Peter Lewis, the chairman of an Ohio insurance company, donated more than $63m (£34m) in the 2004 election cycle to organisations seeking to defeat George W. Bush. to building institutions to foster progressive ideas and people.

Far from being disillusioned by the defeat of John Kerry , the Democratic presidential candidate, the billionaires have resolved to invest further in the intellectual future of the left, one person involved said.
Their commitment to provide new money comes amid criticism of the efforts of high-profile donors such as the Hungarian-born Mr Soros to sway US politics as well as doubts about the effectiveness of record funding in helping the Democratic cause in 2004.
The sums involved are the subject of speculation: one person said he had heard a commitment to spend more than $100m over 15 years, another said at least $25m over five years. Several people said their understanding was that the billionaires had decided to spend more, rather than less, than they did in 2004.
Mr Soros donated $27m, the Sandlers $13m and Mr Lewis $23m to so-called 527 groups privately-funded political organisations during the 2004 campaign, according to PoliticalMoneyLine, the campaign finance tracking service.
Stephen Bing, a film producer and heir to a real estate fortune who donated $13m, is also expected to be involved in the investment in progressive infrastructure.
Andrew Stern, who is president of the Service Employees International Union, has been working to include organised labour in the initiative.

Of course Soroz politics is known; - education- means high interest education loan which in contrary to regular loans can not be resolved by bankruptcy but payment is in borrowers responsibility for life time.
Extra payments bills for unused energy as gas in Maryland,(sic)

LLife tenure for democratic politicians with their salary free from tax for life.
Money for Mafia called for the building an affordable houses which cost more the tax payers than unaffordable ones but not built by state.

Contracts - as gold mining for families politicians as Big Dig in Boston. Never finished .
So who is here neo-cons?

Soroz wants to change everything but not to stop Bush war on Iraq

So not your country can do for you , but what you can do for your country? asked president Kennedy.
Maybe legally stopping such individual as Soros who wants to destroy America is an answer for US citizens. . :)

Why it is in news today?
ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Electricity was restored to most homes in an Arctic village Wednesday, four days after the community lost power in a fierce blizzard and was thrown into a deep freeze. On Wednesday, two National Guard planes dropped off generators, heaters, food, water and other supplies, such as diapers and infant formula. The planes also brought plumbers, mechanics, medical workers and more electrical linemen.
The planes had previously been prevented from landing by snow drifts on the runway. A blizzard packing near hurricane-force winds knocked out power to the village Sunday and plunged temperatures to 20 degrees below zero. http://news.yahoo.co...eezing_kaktovik

Would you call US as a beloved panda of the nations, or maybe Rose of Sharon?
I think that dinosaur attempt to consummate mammals is more correct symbolic picture for US in Iraq.
And this emblematic is more optimistic. :)

Lets see, that has to mean flowers on graves of victims of General Sharon.

The US and the Iraqis are both equally expendable Woj.
The difference between them is that the Iraqi knew they had an evil ruler and have lost everything. The Americans dont know they haver an evil ruler and are losing their freedoms without knowing it. What they have in common is depleted uranium.

Indonesia's government should let overseas military forces helping in the aid effort for survivors of last month's earthquake and tsunami stay as long as necessary, the United Nation's top emergency official said.
Armed forces from the U.S., Australia and other countries are helping ferry supplies to survivors in Aceh province in north Sumatra. Indonesian Vice President Jusuf Kalla yesterday gave them till March 26 to leave Aceh province, where the country's army has been fighting a separatist rebellion for three decades. http://quote.bloombe...NxS0&refer=home

Aceh as East Timor has oil and US tryies to separate Aceh from Indonesia as it did with East Timor.
UN officials as usual in US service.

I am not blaming those who are resolved to rule, only those who show an even greater readiness to submit.

(NIew position ON Harvard);

New FBI software may be unusable......
..... new FBI computer program designed to help agents share information to ward off terrorist attacks may have to be scrapped.

The bureau is so convinced that the software, known as Virtual Case File, will not work as planned .

Since the attacks, Congress has given the FBI a blank check, allocating billions of dollars in additional funding. So far the overhaul has cost $581 million.

The bureau recently commissioned a series of independent studies to determine whether any part of the Virtual Case File software could be salvaged. Any decision would add tens of millions of dollars to the development costs .
Requests for proposals for new software could be sought this spring.
