In China, the retirement is not uniform. Men should retire at the age of 60. Professional women working for government institutions and companies are required to retire at 55. Blue-collar female workers leave work at 50.

Foreign banks will continue to be banned from opening branches in Russia, President Vladimir Putin

"In essence, it should be forbidden," he added.

Putin said it is impossible for Russia to allow large amounts of foreign capital to flow in at the moment, though Russia is on good terms with other countries' financial sectors.

In Chine is permitted only the foreign investment for production ..
And this source of China success story, in my opinion.

There was no article regards US blocking the UE plan on the site referrence you gave Woj.

If the UE is going to provide funds so the poor nations can buy EU goods, why should the US support it? But I think maybe it was to be largely the cancelling of debts. If the US cancelled debts the deficit maybe too much bigger.

Why should Russia allow foreign corporations ( eg Banks) benefit from what they have been doing to restore the economy after all the plundering whennthey have a surplus?

Besides any nation can create their own money supply to meet their needs. I dont know of any national economy that is satisfied and successful by any other real life aspects of life than theoretical economics which continually struggles needlessly and pigheadedly against mathematics. Why doesnt every country invest in their own people and make their money stay home and work for the benefits of their own 'family'. Every nations wants everyone else to invest in their own country and besides that sell ( export) more than they buy ( import ) which are both impossible but it is mindlessly talked up by journalists and economists as though it was possible.
I picture a suburb in which all the men of the house on a certain day get their lawmowers out and everyone goes off to some other house in their street and mow the lawns because they reason that this is the only way lawns are going to get done!

Putin has got his head screwed on the right way. Bush has simply got his head screwed.

led by the US was simply to make all those new countries dependant on 'investment'/debt, hidden colonialism by multi-national corporations serving the international bankers ( Breettn Woods) and as long as people can only think in terms of nationalism they see the tip of the iceberg and think thats all there is- 19th century thinking.
Who is making the fortune out of the Iraqi war? Who gained from beating the Boers in S.A. a hundred years ago- got the gold and diamonds- private individuals not any national entity. The ending of aparteid was a sham, because the gold and diamonds werent given back! They are free to be as corrupt and poor as they like.
When Blair cancels NIgerias debt to Britian or which ever countries it is, it means the British people pay the price of Nigeria being able to meet the IMF debt repayments. Merry Xmas IMF,
which is 51% US banks which is I guess is the Fed- private owned by mainly European banks of German Jews. And maybe Britain is one step closer to joining/ becoming a full colony of the UE bureacrats following the international bankers policy.
Poland is in the same place as Nigeria and most of the world today.

Democracy will never be allowed to be tried. It's sham everywhere because party politics makes it impossible. A transparent example of this is in the US today and I am not referring to the fact Bush jnr hasnt won an election honestly but the fact that the two main parties are both liberal in practice and serve Fabian policy towards One World Order.

Begging legalized in Norway

www.chinaview.cn 2005
Begging will no longer be banned in Norway as the country abandoned a century-old vagrancy law.

Bush secretly authorizes domestic eavesdropping after Sept. 11:

And Bush will be never brought to justice, because democracy is for mafia protection, safe it from responsibility for stealing people food and shelter, and government for stealing the people freedom.

alias- 'democracy'

Howdy Pliny,

Your point re educated for it to function is exactly right.

They keep us like mushrooms- kept in thre dark and fed sh-t.

I havent read the article Woj but I guess Norway is trying to attract foreign investment like everyone else.

The EU signed a free-ticket for the US regardless of what they did in Iraq so no servicemen could be prosecuted ( they wouldnt do that for Hitler) and Bush is the Commander-in-Chief. The pretence by France and Germany of not supporting the war while granting Bush free unaccountable reign is worse than the quislings in the 1930-40s. The quislings didnt pretend they were anything else. When is Europe going to stop acting like a gulag of inbreds?

Poland is under threat of terrorist attacks: report

www.chinaview.cn 2005-12-17 03:20:22

-- Poland is currently under treat posed by terrorists who might carry out attacks against the country believed to be a close ally of the United States, said a report released Friday in Lodz, some 120 kilometers southwest of Warsaw.
The report was prepared by researchers from the Center of Strategic Studies and Forecasts at the School of International Studies in Lodz, the second most populous town in Poland.
Radical Islamists pose the biggest threat while "organizations like ETA or IRA are not so dangerous," said the report.
Ryszard Machnikowski, the head of the center, said it also seems unlikely that groups of Polish radical right and left could undertake terrorist actions.
In his opinion, Poland became a potential target of attacks forterrorist groups after it supported US policy and because of recent news about clandestine CIA prisons allegedly hosted by the country.
The most probable form of an terrorist attack would be an action by a suicide bomber or explosion of a car bomb, he said.
The Lodz scientists warned that Poland has yet to establish anycounterterror mechanism to cope with the pressing situation.
"It should be created although it is obvious that no system is hundred-percent effective", Machnikowski said.

Example how to influence the public opinion to keep Polish troop in Iraq.
I don,t have to add that Lodz is a city where all bad things start.

think that presented opinion is not correct because the Motherland is not the Olympic stadium , where only the results count.
Country is multiplication of the family, and must fulfill all its functions, another way the democracy it is only the tool for every kind speculators.

Its local politics and uniformity of the neo-fascist internal security systems aimed at the Poles not Muslims. Remember all the false warnings in the US a few years ago after the home-grown antrax scare, just more on-going psychological war on civilians.
Locking up the wrong people, flying them around the world to some demented clone working for a govt subsidised by the sleeping US taxpayers, or arresting locals without charge or rights
cannot stop anyone from making a body-suit explosive or a carbomb anywhere except inside a prison.
The best defense is to stop warring on other nations 'justified' by lies or just to get cheaper military gear. The Israeli Army Surplus stores are probably cheaper and better equipment anyway.

The Orange Revolution winner is fast losing ground due to expectations not being met. The previous Ukraine president might get back in. They will never gain from the UE because the UE only expands to take in from a bigger and wider sourse of resourses which is what the so called free market is about.

If any political system allows people to vote, even if the voting papers are put into a paper shredder it is called democracy. But intill the newpapers say that it is a sham the majority will just accept that it is alright.

Who needs Saint Nicholas Day changed from 5 December to for Christmas: big business?, church?, capitalism?
In the Slavs tradition, and not only in the Slavs, the gifts are on December 5, do Solana in Brussels ordered differently?
BW in Belgium Santa is also is in December 5. why in Poland is changed?

Castro and Charvez providing free eye operations to Carribean and Latin America.

When you provide for people in need by a standard of living no one needs St Nickolus, which is only for the victims of capitalism.

Well of course but we live in Poland not Slavlandia. As a Pole I have yet to see these mystical "Slavs" in my country. Plenty of Poles with their own culture though.

Ukraine wants gets gas for half price so and America will cut cost as member of NATO, same as in the in the case of Poland, where Poland gets privilege "of protecting the airplanes of Litwa, lotwa and Estonia " and of cause, Poland pays for oil and all cost.
