Henryk Sienkiewicz (Adam, Alexander Pius) in Wola Okrzejska and Isaac Bashevis, Singer 1904-1991 in Radzymin. Both from Poland, one Tatar and one Jewish, both were the Nobel prize recipients, but Tatar Sienkiewicz wrote in Polish language and Singer in Yiddish thought lived on Polish land.
Should we Polish both honor them equally ? I doubt it. :bawling:

Years of hand-wringing and chest-thumping over the future status of Kosovo may finally be drawing to a close. In the next few months, adroit diplomacy to secure Kosovo

I on 6 thousand posts see you first time in my life, so how my post be off topic?.
In contrary is very much of on topic, because it is showing how some politicians develop their career attacking Slavs, and these facts we should remember.
BWY I think that tenure for politicians is killing USA. Would be much better for society life sentence for them .:chok: :chok: :chok:

Well ...

6,000 posts where?

On this thread?

I was talking over this thread with its author and others before.

You, obviously, don't know your favorite thread .... ?

So, you 6000 probably are directed to yourself. Just thinking.

And, as I know it's useless  nevertheless, I was thinking the topic was "What would it take for Russia to be #1?"

But never mind. You are doing ok.

What new policy? The more it 'changes' the more it stays the same. The greatest interest seems to be the dramatic devastation of Iraq and the US as a mono-polar world power. I think they want the civil war to get much worse so they can justify using the airforce more than the army to take out whole blocks where waring forces are alleged to be fortified. This may be why the new top brass is airforce.

They are not likely to challenge Russian technology by strikes against Syria and Iran. Russian anti-tank missles drove the Israeli's out of Lebanon.

Both campaigns are not doing the reputations any good by seemingly failures but the devastation is being achieved and still no end in sight. New societies always form after major wars, they are never the same again. They will rebuild with whats left to suit their new Middle East Market.

Hi Bader! I am happy to see you back.

Look back over the past, with its changing empires that rose and fell, and you can foresee the future, too.
