Biden, 36, took over as interim chief executive officer in May before buying a majority stake with James Biden, 57, the brother of the Democratic senator from Delaware.

Biden, founder and partner of Washington-based Oldaker, Biden & Belair LLP, said in an interview that he will remain with the law and lobbying firm while helping to oversee Paradigm as chairman of its advisory board. Senator Biden's office did not return a call seeking comment.
Joe Biden, 64, is chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The judiciary committee in the past year has held hearings on SEC oversight of hedge funds and so-called naked short-selling, or the practice by some hedge-fund managers of selling shares in companies they don't own.
The senator's oldest son, Democrat Joseph ``Beau'' Biden, 37, is the attorney general of Delaware and a former federal prosecutor in Philadelphia.
Hunter Biden said he and his father have not discussed details of his Paradigm management role or ownership.

Filthy politics will be dictated by the need for profit. Money will be invested in captured markets( eg water, electricity, telephone etc) in Kosovo ensuring that people in politics and the investers reap a good reward while everyone paying cellibrates 'democracy'. That is fascism not democracy.

I don't live in Vicenza and I don't know what is the real problem overthere.

Someone told to me " The water for the town of Padua is the main problem.". The water for the town of Padua comes from Vicenza. They want to build above the water tanks of the surgents.

Out of the Surgents I don't know other basic problem.

The main problem is a political question between Left and governement.

T"
Velebit brings out for his guests the expensive rakija brandy kept for special occasions. In his kitchen, decorated with icons and old-fashioned ornaments, he speaks of a childhood in rural Croatia, and of the humiliations Serbia has suffered.

"The Radicals are fighting for our state, our people," he says. "We must have national pride so the world respects us".
He hopes the Radicals will manage to keep Kosovo, the breakaway province run by the United Nations since a 1999 NATO bombing drove out Serb forces accused of atrocities while fighting an ethnic Albanian insurgency.

He doesn't think much of the "Euro-Atlantic integration" promised by pro-Western parties as a shortcut to prosperity.

"We've been pushed back by NATO and destroyed with bombing, I don't see how they can help us,"

A Montenegrin state hospital announced on January 18 that Prime Minister Zeljko Sturanovic has been diagnosed with lung cancer but will remain in office while receiving treatment, Reuters reported the same day.
Sturanovic has been diagnosed with a "rare neuroendocrine lung tumor." Montenegro's ruling Democratic Party of Socialists chose Sturanovic, a former justice minister, as prime minister in October after veteran party leader Milo Djukanovic stepped down following the country's first postindependence election :bawling:

Serbia and Kosovo need to be members by 2010 so thy can become photogenic for Brussels. The UE hopes to have a satelite in serviuce which will monitor everyones activities in relation to laws.

They also intend to develop militarily so they can send young people everywhere in the world by state paid travel. Who knows they may be intending to patrol the streets of Moscow.

Putin has concentrated on stability in order to build a future. The reverse of the past. Bush has done the reverse. Instability is great for exploiter and extorsionists. The US is an accident looking for a place to happen. There may come a time soon when invester will put out of the US and invest in Russia.

World is too war oriented to focus only on peaceful investment. Even Chine to see it. China opposes the weaponization of space and any arms race in space, in response to questions concerning China's space experiment recently.
"What needs to be stressed is that China has always supported the peaceful use of space," Liu said.
China has never participated and will never participate in any arms race in outer space. This test was not directed at any country and does not pose a threat to any country,
The spokesman also revealed that China has informed some countries including Japan and the United States about the experiment.
