//Russian port workers, mainly women because men were preoccupied on the front, spat on the seaman unloading the ships.//
You probably understand that it was some misunderstanding or opinion that shipping was too small or too late.
Anyway , you saved your life for now, because I liked that post.

Bader , you surprise me at times.
There is no question that you are NOT my enemy. or for that matter and enemy of THE U S A.
You make strong points, and I am glad i hung around to read many of them. We have similar goals, we may try to use different paths to arrive at our eventual destination. however we are not so far apart in our global thinking. You write much truth, and you do it with no fear.
DEFEATED WORMS LIKE WOJ, BARK LIKE LOUD TOOTHLESS DOGS, THAT COULD NOT EVEN BITE THEIR OWN TONGUES...
GOOD POST!!!!!

After the Great Union ,one new senator from Basarabia questioned in the Senate the means to achieve it .The foreign minister ,Bratianu ,responded:"Your presence here, sir ,proves that I was right".Might makes right ,but when you have lost it ,what do you have? Young people have hot blood and quick hand, old ones wish they had their present mind when they were young.
There are people who worship the sky ,others who worship the earth ,ones who have 7-day week ,others had 6,8,10-day week, ones believe themselves great ,others small ,but in the end they all made the wheel round. I followed the discussion and see that each one sees the truth ,but in the perspective of his own nation history. We all agree ,but draw different conclusions.
In the end ,ants survive even today ,while countless dinosaurs have died.War makes a good progress in knowledge and a damn regress in society.Maybe ants were dinosaurs who have adapted and turned small.

Caligula ; I repeat myself but magnetic theory is my favorite so I can not stopped myself.
It says that during changing of magnetic pools related to change of liquid iron in earth, is period of time when magnetism of earth equals 0 . That time earth is without protection from radiation. Animals which spent life time in cavern, under earth mass or water had more chance for their surviving. We still have many water animals from dinosaur era.

Hi to you all,
I have followed for some time now the posts in the politics forum and through all the great ideas i have seen ,there's need of a system to make the humanitarian ideals possible.
A system free of coruption deriving from party list voting and free of misrepresentation from one- winner system.
Based on ancient democratic system of my people I have designed a three-ladder representing democracy:

Each 10 years all mayors gather in a free debate. After one year ,election occurs ,each person having one vote ,1000 representatives are elected in the Great Assembly for a 10-year mandate.
The Great Assembly convenes at least once per year and on crisis situation ,having the following atributes:
-declaration of war and emergency situation
-ratification of international treaties
-extraordinary and organic laws ratification
-proposal and revising of Constitution ,with a 2/3 majority
-election of Senate members ,for a 4-year mandate, from their members
-disolving and condamnation of Senate and Council members ,with a 3/4 majority

The Senate convenes at least once per week and has the following atributes:
-ratification of Constitution,with a 3/4 majority
-ordinary laws ratification
-proposal of organic laws
-approves national policies
-election of Council members for 1-year mandate
-disolving and condamnation of Council members
-extraordinary laws passing with a 2/3 majority

The Council convenes each day ,acts a governement and has the following atributes:
-extraordinary laws proposal with a 3/4 majority
-ordinary laws proposal
-propose national policies
-elects one Preator for a variable term ,no less than one month
-removes Preator from office
-organisation of territory
-defense
-intelligence and research

The Preator acts as a President ,has the following atributes
-presents rapports to Council on state of nation
-conducts negotiations with foreign powers
-signs foreign treaties
-assumes Dictatorship if extraordinary law concerning is passed
-army commander
-intelligence commander
-pre-proposal of laws
-propose economic policies
When Preator's term is concluded ,Council prepares rapport on his activity ,which is judged by Senate and ,if given negative qualification,is passed to the Great Assembly who acts as a tribunal.

I'd like to know your qualified opinions on this project.Thank you!

In the final days of Reconquista, a superb maur cavalery squadron assaulted a spanish village. One peasant was the host of the italian inventor of explosives. He dropped on maurs one bomb ,killing 25 men and scaring the others. Then the italian looked down the street and said:"That's the end of war!"
I don't wanna talk about force rapports and mad dictators making the world a chess board for their destructive intentions .I just want to live in a normal world ,free from war and fear of total destruction.

Thanks Woj, its an honour to be released by his Highness.
Good humour.
Perhaps the Pommy sailors were smaller than the Russian women, undernourished East Londoners.

Magnetic pools: is that supposed to be magnetic poles?
I havent seen what you have said there before, but I suspected that life underwent some sort of gene change because of radiation which has been substituted by the theory of evolution.
The Earth did change/turn over ninety degrees as the poles were on a line which is now equatorial. In the artic subtropical life has been fosalised in the turn over. The earth is supoposed to be
slightly wider horizontally and when it turned over it pulled out
on a different line which is thought to have ruptured the surface
now in the form of the the Great Rift valley from East Africa to
the Dead Sea.
You wont agree with this part but it was the time of the great Flood in the Bible which is recorded in most early civilizations.
There was a water layer/delt around the earth which created a
hot-house type of protected environment which suited
the type of vegetation needed to sustain the pre-historic animals which devoured huge quantities of plant matter.
The water canaply collapsed- the source of the food and volcanic activity that changed the shape of the earth eg formed mountains and valleys, ranges, broke up continental shelves etc. The now artic regions
naturally had a sudden tempterature drop killing much animal life and starting ice-ages. It would appear that the pre-historic animals didnt survive the change.
It is believed that the reason the diet of man is shown to have changed in the Biblical account is because with the hot-house type environment gone with its total protection from radiation
that meat was added to the diet, which previously was vegetarian
in order for the body to cope better in the new environment of
some exposure to radiation.
Some animals changed from herbacious to carnovors in the change in make-up (genes) as well.
One theory is a metiorite was the agent that caused the colapse
of the cannopy.
The point you made about polarity being reduced to zero would be complementary.

GIJ: thanks again, I had been trying to wake you. Yes we have
a lot more in common than you first thought.
We can never be sure about who we will learn from or who will drop something that will fill a missing piece of the jigsaw.
UFOs: my view is para-physical (inter-dimensional) not limited to time and space or technology of this realm. Forget space as that is this dimension. There is a rise in interest re certain beings "who went in unto the daughters men and giants were born of them" are you with me? Interesting that this should
happen when man is keen to jump into the deep end re genetic
engineering.
caligulas: I would like to see how the people get their say and how those tiers of people you have outlined are accountable to the people.
This two issues are in my view at the heart of democracy.

We are getting quite a variety of subjects. Has Russia become a wall-flower?

Thank you US, for your brainless unilateralism.
Milosevic is heading the list of Socialist party candidates and Seselj the Radicals for this month's elections, despite the fact that both are in The Hague.
A possible success by the nationalists in December would strike a new blow to the these who in 2000 ousted Milosevic. In a survey polling agency said 23 percent of the nearly 1,500 respondents asked said they supported the radicals. While the Radicals are not expected to be able to build a government coalition, they could end up holding the most seats in the 250-seat Serbian parliament. As such, they will clean Yugoslavia from Western contamination. Radical support of "Greater Serbia" - a union of all Serb communities regardless of present borders . Party demands for full Serbian control of Kosovo - including the return of Serb army and police units.
Asked whether the Radicals had reformed, Zivkovic said they continue to hold their former extremist goals. http://www.washingto...0-2003Dec5.html

Bader; //the diet of man is shown to have changed in the Biblical account is because with the hot-house type environment gone with its total protection from radiation //
In cosmic calendar ; humans begins on earth after period of high radiation and after death of dinosaurs.
Ordovician period; first fish, first vertebrates, Devonian period ; first insects, Carboniferous; ; first trees, first reptiles, Permian period; first dinosaurs, Triassic ; first mammals, Jurasic; first birds, Creataceous; first flowers, dinosaurs become extinct, Mesozoic era ends; Tertiary period begins; first primates. End Pliocene ; first humans .

//Some animals changed from herbacious to carnovors in the change in make-up (genes); //
This way ; humans would have backward evolution. BTW; Canopy plant grows in Poland and past few thousand years back along poppy as a narcotic material .
//The point you made about polarity being reduced to zero would be complementary.//
Earth is still hot, and masses inside the earth moving their balances. This way magnetism of earth is changing and radiation is function of that. I never said that is reduced to 0. I said that in moment of changing magnetic poles magnetism is 0. It never happened during humans life, yet.

People elect mayors ,who in turn ,elect 1000 deputies, who elect 100 senators, who elect 10 counselors ,who elect 1 Preator. Democracy does not mean that everyone is a good leader.Rather they appoint the one who is good at.
People control mayors, who are in competition to be elected as deputies ,who are in competition to be elected as senators, who are in competition to be elected as counselors ,who are in competition to be elected as Preator. The system is competitive and fault-free .
Each body has a shorter term and less responsability than the appointing body and has the power to dismiss all the superior bodies. More power means shorter and tighter mandate. Please follow also the thread:"a true representative democratic system" in the politics section for more replies.
The risk of the actual system is either:elect a demagog or criminal or: be controlled by secret organizations who "offer" candidates to choose from. The human nature demands hierarchy and decision by one man at a time.An assembly is never responsable.

The only thing to do with good advice is to pass it on; it is never any use to oneself;

Young man want to be faithful and are not; old man wants to be faithless and cannot.

Both by Oscar Wilde

Howdy Caligulas
Some good thoughts, which proves you are an ant, not a dinosaur.;)

Probably dinosaurs were stupid out of having so much power and being antisocial, while the little animals' cooperative behavior developed into them being smarter. The dinosaurs though would be envious of the little animals growing any bigger.

<One who intends to influence can not insult the same time ( ? )>

Perhaps we can influence the lions but not the pigs. The lions sit nice and pretty--without doing much--in some European countries like kings, "tamed" I dare say, but the pigs keep detroying the Earth and rejecting treaties like, well you know, like hogs...;)

HOW THE BIG PIGS RAN THEIR FILTHY PIGSTY

Once upon a time there was a race of pigs that were so systematically
destroying the environment that they became a threat to other species
as well as to themselves... One day the Big Pigs--having heard of the
art of politics--discovered that keeping the Pig Farm filthy was
economically convenient, but politically indefensible, and chose an
animal with beautiful feathers: the Ostrich...

And that was how the Pig Farm was run smoothly in the future by the
Ostrich: He posed for the Little Pigs, and they voted for the him. The
trait that most earned him the favor of the Big Pigs though was his
capacity to bury his head whenever anyone mentioned the mess
created...

I still see complicity at the top end happening the way it is now. The mayors are accountable--at least while they want their vote--and then are "befriended" by deputies, and so on with senators, etc.

The way I see it is: There's FOOD CHAIN in the form of a PYRAMID, in which the minority at the top PREY on the many at the bottom. However those at the lucky end of the food chain deny there's a such a thing as a JUNGLE and are supported by all those who eat from it. So in consequence it's a natural law--so they claim--that the small follow the big into their destruction. Some call it "Armageddon," but the story is as old as the pyramids themselves, in which some Big Lions, also called "Pharaohs" and priests claimed to incarnate the divine...

<The human nature demands hierarchy and decision by one man at a time.An assembly is never responsable. >

Is not totally inescapable though as the little people can gather with some other likeminded people into an Oasis called "cooperative"...:)
