Is there a better justice system, and if so, where?

Any system requiring human beings to decide will be subject to corruption, so the system must have some means to correct errors due to corruption.   That is why there are appellate courts and a supreme court, but even they occasionally make the wrong decisions, and those decisions are often corrected by other judges sitting in the same position, years later.

The ObamaCare decision where the Chief Justice appeared to switch his decision at the last possible moment to uphold the monstrosity enacted by Congress is an example of likely corruption.   Years from now that decision will be overturned, but in the interim, we are stuck with it.

A long list of bad decisions does not mean we need a new system, but rather, we need new people in that system.   The system itself is actually pretty good for the average disputed case.   It's when a government entity is involved that the courts lose their spine and bend over backwards to accomodate some stupid federal law.

Federal judges are usually lawyers who contributed heavily to the election of a politician, did fundraising for them, or helped out in the campaign, and appointment to the bench is their reward.   This is a system of cronyism and nepotism, and it is surprising that it still results in fair decisions in most cases, but it does because the vast majority of judges want to be respected and known for doing a good job, no matter how they got that job in the first place.

The desire for an outstanding reputation disappears when serious government interests are at stake, which is why the NDAA, Patriot Act, and ObamaCare, were not destroyed by judicial disapproval.   When the government is involved in a case, corruption appears obvious to all.

Again, it is the system of selecting federal judges, and the people who seek that position, which is the cause of the problem.    If federal judges were required to be elected by popular vote, they would not be quite as subservient to government interests but would be more in touch with the common worker.

Bad people in a corrupt system:

IRS Claims to Have Lost Over 2 Years of Lerner Emails

Washington, DC – Today, Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) issued the following statement regarding the Internal Revenue Service informing the Committee that they have lost Lois Lerner emails from a period of January 2009 – April 2011.  Due to a supposed computer crash, the agency only has Lerner emails to and from other IRS employees during this time frame.  The IRS claims it cannot produce emails written only to or from Lerner and outside agencies or groups, such as the White House, Treasury, Department of Justice, FEC, or Democrat offices.

“The fact that I am just learning about this, over a year into the investigation, is completely unacceptable and now calls into question the credibility of the IRS’s response to Congressional inquiries.  There needs to be an immediate investigation and forensic audit by Department of Justice as well as the Inspector General.

“Just a short time ago, Commissioner Koskinen promised to produce all Lerner documents.  It appears now that was an empty promise.  Frankly, these are the critical years of the targeting of conservative groups that could explain who knew what when, and what, if any, coordination there was between agencies.  Instead, because of this loss of documents, we are conveniently left to believe that Lois Lerner acted alone.  This failure of the IRS requires the White House, which promised to get to the bottom of this, to do an Administration-wide search and production of any emails to or from Lois Lerner.  The Administration has repeatedly referred us back to the IRS for production of materials.  It is clear that is wholly insufficient when it comes to determining the full scope of the violation of taxpayer rights.”

Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Charles Boustany Jr., M.D. (R-LA) added, "In the course of the Committee's investigation, the Administration repeatedly claimed we were getting access to all relevant IRS documents. Only now - thirteen months into the investigation - the IRS reveals that key emails from the time of the targeting have been lost.  And they bury that fact deep in an unrelated letter on a Friday afternoon.  In that same letter, they urge Congress to end the investigations into IRS wrongdoing. This is not the transparency promised to the American people.  If there is no smidgeon of corruption what is the Administration hiding?"

There is one (at the very least) criminal case which exemplifies the abject criminality which is so pervasive in our justice system. Every portion of law enforcement and government have been corrupted. When people have the facts, they lose total faith in the system.

In 2012, Robert Stanford was convicted in a Houston federal court on 13 out of 14 counts of fraud.

This one criminal case demonstrates how pervasive the endemic corruption has become.

The jury decision was delivered three years after Stanford defrauded 30,000 investors in 113 countries in a Ponzi scheme involving $7 billion in fraudulent high-interest certificates at the Stanford International Bank located in Antigua.

The corporate controlled media has accurately reported Stanford’s use of the fraudulently obtained money (e.g., purchasing mansions, jets, yachts, million dollar condominiums). However, the corporate controlled media conspicuously failed to report that much of the stolen money went to bribing corrupt members of the corporate controlled congress on both sides of the aisle. The illegally obtained money was given to the likes of Barack Obama, William Nelson, John McCain, John Boehner, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.

The mainstream media also failed to mention that both the Republican and Democratic political parties accepted this fraudulently obtained money as well. The court-appointed receiver tasked with returning the money to Stanford investors obtained a federal court order last June against five Democratic and Republican campaigns. Yet, despite the court order, the leadership of both parties has still not returned the money!

The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee received nearly a million dollars. The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) has accepted almost a quarter of a million dollars of Stanford’s ill-gotten gains. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee have received almost $200,000 of the stolen money. The Republican National Committee $130,000, and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) has accepted $83,345. These facts indict the entire Democratic and Republican political apparatus and they are unquestionably participants in a criminal enterprise system which is benefitting from the theft of investor monies in the same fashion as did ex-New Jersey Governor and Goldman Sachs executive, John Corzine, when he stole tens of millions of dollars from MF Global investors.

Stanford used his influence, through the use of the stolen investors’ money, to block two pieces of legislation which would have made it easier to prosecute this crook with  millions of dollars on political campaigns donations. The two biggest recipients of the “donations” designed to stop this bill were Senator Bill Nelson (D) and John McCain ®. Other important Democrats on the Senate Banking Committee also got checks from Stanford and the reform bill never got out of the Senate.

In the most brazen move in this litany of criminal enterprise actions, both the Republican and Democratic campaign committees actually possess the nerve to appeal the lower court decision to return the money to a higher federal court instead of returning the stolen investor’s money to the rightful owners.

Anyone who votes Democratic or Republican in subsequent elections is complicit in aiding and abetting a proven criminal enterprise. RICO statutes should be immediately enforced and seizure of the assets of these political parties should be implemented and the funds placed in the nation’s treasury. However, the entire system is so corrupt, it is impossible to know where to turn for justice. Meanwhile, the political whores from both parties have sold out the American people and the Republican and Democratic Mafia are not even trying to hide their organized criminal activities.Further, the bulk of the American people are still asleep at the wheel while this nation is being robbed blind.

To date, the Stanford victims have managed to reclaim about $150,000 from elected officials who accepted this stolen money. However, almost two million dollars of political donations are still missing.

President Obama took his money and donated it to charity. Someone should explain to the Godfather of governmental corruption, President Obama, that he does not have the legal authority to dispense stolen money, obtained by fraud, to anyone but to the victims. But when has Obama recently followed the law?  Obama, McCain, and Reid more closely resemble the Sopranos crime family than public officials who have sworn to uphold the U.S Constitution.

Since the Stanford verdict was handed down, I have been waiting with baited breath, for the past nine months, for at least some kind of explanation from these criminally compromised public officials, yet, there has only been silence.

As the reader will note, the associates of Stanford’s criminal behavior are listed in bold print. This one case alone serves to demonstrate how widespread our governmental corruption has become. However, if there is a silver lining in the Stanford case, it demonstrates what happens to the minions of the New World Order. Specifically, they get kicked to the curb when their criminality has outlived its purpose to the criminal bankers. Perhaps, this will give pause to law enforcement and the military as they are being prepared to seize our guns. Perhaps this will give pause to the employees of the five megabanks as they continue to participate in MERS fraud. Perhaps this case will serve as an example to anyone who sleeps with the devil that they will indeed have a very short shelf life.

Perhaps this will serve as a warning to you that you better get to work informing your neighbors and friends about the systemic criminality which pervades our government while you still have any resources to fight for.
