Militarization of Japan agenda: from disputed islands with China to ISIS beheadings
Abe is pushing for legislation later this year that would allow Japan's military to operate more freely overseas as part of a broader interpretation of the self-defense allowed by its pacifist constitution.
Since assuming the country's top office, Abe has supported removing Article 9 of Japan's constitution, a pacifist measure that has guided Japanese foreign policy since World War II.
Meanwhile U.S. would welcome Japan air patrols in South China Sea.

How it is staged - theater "Japan v China"
The prime minister has argued that the clause has become anachronistic in a world where China, a longtime adversary, has greatly improved its military capacity.
"Japan’s security environment has changed, and we must fortify our national security," he said.

How it is staged -  ISIS beheads japanese hostage
First japanese hostage beheaded.
Yet another episode in the ISIS series, with mercenaries in the NATO payroll dressed as "Islamic State".

Islamic State series: one hostages beheaded, the other two swaped: episode with actors from Japan to Jordania.
This episode also includes an actor playing "jordanian pilot captured by ISIS".
The logic of a cast extending from Japan to Jordania:
- the bigger the lie the more people will believe it.
- one episode serves several agendas, in this case also to sell to the audience and to jordanians in particular the "NATO vs ISIS" hoax.
Illuminati media explaining this theater:
- how it pushes the "militarization of Japan" agenda: "How an ISIS Beheading Might Change Japan".
- why it doesn't sell as good as it should: "Since his capture in August, the public has largely reacted with anger that he placed himself in such a dangerous situation.  In 2004, the capture of four Japanese aid workers in Iraq elicited a similar lack of sympathy back home."

Why is the agenda pushed now?
Because World War  III reached the point where Japanese fighter jets are also required to bomb revolting masses, not only around the world but soon also in Japan.

Notes
January 24, 2015 How an ISIS Beheading Might Change Japan
A video released on Islamic State-affiliated Twitter accounts show the apparent beheading of Haruna Yukawa, a 42-year-old Japanese citizen who had been held captive by ISIS forces since last August.

Nov 29, 2015 - The United States would welcome a Japanese extension of air patrols into the South China Sea as a counterweight to a growing fleet of Chinese vessels pushing China's territorial claims in the region,
Regular patrols by Japanese aircraft only reach into the East China Sea, where Japan is at loggerheads with China over disputed islands. Extending surveillance flights into the South China Sea would almost certainly increase tension between the world's second- and third-largest economies.

Nov 29, 2015 - Islamic State purportedly sets new deadline for hostage swap

BASICS
From Apr 2013, one year before eastern Ukraine entered World War III:
You're paying taxes to bomb around the world before yourself gets bombed by the one and only pulling the strings.
World War III is as simple as this: illuminati air bombing 99% of the population:
**ALL** THREE stages began in Syria: 2011 airforce bombing own civilians, 2012 foreign mercenaries, 2013 massive chemical attacks:
