Edit note: I think that this must be about my fourth edit of this post, and I still can't seen to post "Pravda.Ru" in cyrillic. Oh well, so be it. I'll just have to accept defeat and stick with my own miserable alphabet.

What are the odds of two people living in Teesside posting on a Russian Forum anyway???

I really wouldn't know. To calculate the odds requires many factors, first of which is how many people live in the Teesside area, having defined the limits of this area in the first place.
We must then figure out how many of this group of individuals (Teessiders) would actually choose to use an Internet forum, based on the knowledge gained from people throughout the country, noting that their may be regional differences.
Having ascertained the total number of Teessiders, and calculated the percentage of those who choose to use an Internet forum, we then just need to calculate the percentage of those who choose this forum rather than another. This should then give us a likely number of individuals using the forum and I expect that further calculations could be made to ascertain actual probabilities.
(OK, so I got a bit carried away with extraneous waffle and never really answered the question)
Hail be to the mighty C2H5OH !
