Thanks USC especially for the Russian lesson as well as the photography.

I see you like helicopters.

Once I had them flying over my head with their guns pointed at me while the entire police force chased me with machine guns and shot guns.

Think I'm joking? Not at all.

I surrendered and almost got my head blown off.

More than 20 against one (me) who were armed and with body armor was a bit much for me. Almost 20 years ago now.

That's what crooked politics and government does. It was the clintons + feinstein et al. Crooked judges and prosecutors in their pockets ordered it.

BTW, Steven Seagal is a punk. Told y'all.

How's your brother Sasha doing now.

Prayers continue.

All the Best!

Hi shaktiman,

I'm and the younger brother took the elder brother from the hospital. He is now at home with the younger one who is following him. There is a small problem - with the New 2018 does not work Internet and cable TV, tomorrow I will solve this problem.

Yes, I like helicopters and maschine guns inside. :)

We are leaving - Good Bye, mountains.

That is good news. Keep the prayers up. I will.

Video looks like Afghanistan.

Maybe you were there?

Take care.

Regards.

Love those pics and the video/song.  I've always been crazy about all kinds of aircraft.

Yes. I served there: July 7, 1987 - February 18, 1989. It is official date written in my Military ID, because USSR officially left Afghanistan in February. In reality I left Afghan on June 20. Hmmmm... almost two years in the SHITHOLE. :)

almost two years in the SHITHOLE.

My new neighbor says he served in Afghanistan with the US military for one or two tours of duty. He seems to be a very fine and honorable man and a newlywed.

I think he shares your opinions.

I always give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes it's costly sometimes it's a positive outcome.

I never liked that the Taliban blew up all those statues of the Buddha.

Buddha like Jesus had those virtuous and positive messages for mankind.

The Taliban, and you certainly know more about them than I do, but I see they are nuts blowing up good meaning, and great art, and part of their own cultural heritage.

I think the way they interpret the Koran is extreme and not wholesome. They treat people badly.

All the Best!!!

BTW, It is my family that at least wants to visit Russia now as well.

More later on this....

I am very happy Sasha is coming back to be more like himself. He is your brother as I hope we are as well.

Now why was Cosssack banned? I do not feel he is a Nazi. Chauvinistic maybe and we all are in our causes, but freedom must apply to all.

Shaktiman,

You must always to remember - I'm alive only because the American brought to the "freedom fighters" FIM-92 Stinger (MANPADS) DID NOT  hit my Mi-8 helo on September 2, 1988.

But they killed - the second crew to my helo.

Our pilot managed to commit an anti-missile maneuver, and the other pilot did not have time.

Guess..... Russia to arm Mexican drug freedom fighterts?

Thank You USC for posting video

 группа Контингент 'Мы уходим'

Very moving video of a slice of Afghanistan.

I paid my honest respect to Russian Men who went to Afghanistan at Afghan war memorial in Asbest, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Ural Russia.]

Russia was betrayed in Afghanistan from within and by the US.  Even before Russia overcomes it's own Talmudic contamination, "nature's God" is glorifying Russia.

The Afghans I know in St. Petersburg (the refugees of that same Soviet period) hate the Taliban. Destruction of Buddha statues, they consider barbarism, a manifestation of ignorance.

They ask a simple question - these statues have stood for hundreds of years and why they had to be destroyed right now? Just to attract attention.

MODERATORS!!!

UNBAN COSSACK!

I'm glad Ivan you like a song. Here's another by the same band.

"Caravan"

I mostly moved around Afghanistan by helicopter, and those on the ground - they had adventures. :)
