Israel has come under fire for its 'racist policies' after the interior ministry denied a Ugandan Jew from immigrating to the Jewish state. Tags: Israel, racism, Uganda, African migrants

Israel has ruled that it will not recognise the Ugandan Jewish community, according to a newspaper report released Thursday.

The request of a Ugandan Jew, Kibitz Yosef, to immigrate to Israel was denied by the Tel Aviv's interior ministry, reported Haaretz.

According to the report, Yosef who is staying at a kibbutz in southern Israel, was told by the ministry to leave the country by 14 June.

A representative informed Haaretz that the decision represented Israel's stance on the Ugandan Jewish community, not just the applicant in question.

The ministry said Yosef could challenge its decision in the High Court of Justice.

The Abayudaya, another word for the Ugandan Jewish community, numbers around 2,000 with roots extending to the early 20th century when a local leader converted to Judaism after reading the Bible.

Most of the community converted under the auspices of US conservative rabbis and so are not recognised as Jewish by Israel's mainly ultra-Orthodox Chief Rabbinate.

The Abayudaya have struggled to migrate to Israel, despite the Jewish Agency recognising the community in 2016.

Israel was accused of racism after a visa application was refused for a member of the community who wished to study at a yeshiva.

Jewish converts in the US may face additional hardships towards having their conversion recognised after the Chief Rabbinate published a list of draft criteria this week.

The Chief Rabbinate controls marriage, divorce, conversion and burial in the state, however, it does not have the authority over who can immigrate to the country.

This is not the first time Israel's right-wing government has been accused of racist policies.

Israel is moving towards expelling nearly tens of thousands of Africans in a migrant relocation plan that has been described by the UN as "incoherent and unsafe".

A sharp shift to the right in Israeli politics has given rise to an increasingly vocal push to isolate African asylum seekers and ultimately return them to their homelands.

Darfur and Eritrea, being the majority, are both riddled by instability, long running conflicts and political oppression.

Nationalist anti-immigration protests regularly turn violent with African migrants being beaten and their properties or shops ransacked.

Demonstrators have chanted slogans such as: "Stop talking, start expelling" and "Blacks out!", while other protesters have derided the "bleeding-heart leftists" working to help them.

If they did that, they would be stupid as well as evil
But sometimes evil is stupid. The Edomite-jew patriarch,
Esau, race-mixed, so they are already mongrels... a fact
that many of them have been trying to breed out ever since
[until recently when their evil re-embraced race-mixing.]

Btw... you atheist leftists like to single out and quote
Bible verses you like, but it's obvious you have no clue
what they mean in the context of the whole Bible.

Resistance Fighters Deal Heavy Blow to Israel in Golan Heights

June 2, 2018

An Iranian official has praised the resistance forces' recent attack against Israeli positions in the occupied Golan Heights as unprecedented since the founding of Israel.

"For the first time since the birth of the Zionist regime, Israel received a heavy blow from the resistance front in the Golan Heights," Ramazan Sharif, head of the Intifada (Palestinian uprising) and Quds Center at Iran's Islamic Propagation Coordination Council said on Friday, Tasnim News Agency reported.

He was referring to a missile attack by the resistance forces against Israel earlier in May, in which 20 projectiles were fired at the Golan Heights.

Regional countries and forces opposed to Israel and the US are often referred to as a "resistance front".

"This is the beginning of a great path," Sharif noted, adding, "Israel should be aware that it is considered as a cancerous tumor and a violator of all rules in the eyes of the freedom-seekers in the world."

"Free nations will finally avenge Israel for its atrocities against the Palestinian people," the official said.

UN Officials Call on Israel to Abandon Plans to Demolish Community East of Jerusalem

June 2, 2018

United Nations officials called on Israel to abandon plans to demolish and transfer the Palestinian residents of Khan al-Ahmar community East of Jerusalem.

The Humanitarian Coordinator Jamie McGoldrick and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) Director of Operations in the West Bank Scott Anderson joined others in the international community in calling on the government of Israel to cease its plans to carry out the mass demolition and transfer of the Palestinian Bedouin community of Khan al Ahmar - Abu al Helu outskirts of East Jerusalem in the occupied West Bank, WAFA reported.

"Like many Palestinians in Area C, the residents of Khan al Ahmar - Abu al Helu have fought for years to live with dignity, to protect their children, their homes, and their community," McGoldrick said, adding that "they have struggled in the face of tremendous daily pressure and are asking for the continued support of the international community to prevent the demolition of their homes".

"After nine years of legal battle, this refugee community now faces the demolition of their homes, the loss of traditional livelihoods and the imminent risk of forcible transfer should the demolitions be conducted and the community be compelled to relocate, which would be a grave breach of the Geneva Convention," Anderson said, adding that "many already displaced from the [Naqab] as a result of the 1948 conflict; they now face being displaced for a second time. As we have seen in similar circumstances in the past, the transfer of rural Bedouin to the urban setting of Jabal West, proposed by the Israeli state, will likely prove socially and economically devastating".

Khan al Ahmar - Abu al Helu is one of 18 communities located in or next to an area slated in part for the E1 settlement plan, aimed at creating a continuous built-up area between the Maale Adumim settlement and East Jerusalem.

The Israeli authorities approved a planning scheme providing for the construction of 92 new housing units and an educational institution in the Kfar Adumim settlement, immediately adjacent to Khan al Ahmar; The settlement has also petitioned the High Court for the implementation of the outstanding demolition orders against the community.

"Israel's obligations as an occupying power to protect the residents of Khan al Ahmar are clear," McGoldrick stated.

"Should the Israeli authorities choose to implement the outstanding demolition orders in the community and force the people to leave, they would not only generate significant humanitarian hardship but also commit one of the grave breaches of international humanitarian law," he concluded.

Following the Israeli Supreme Court's rejection of the community's petition to prevent the demolitions, marking an end to years-long legal efforts and leaving virtually no legal options to protect the community, nearly all of Khan al Ahmar - Abu al Helu's structures are now at immediate risk of demolition by the Israeli authorities, including the school, initially built with donor support.

YOU are ignorant and totally clueless about the 180 degree difference
between Hitler's family-oriented Aryan Christian National Socialism
and the evil perverted cultural marxist mongrel Edomite-jew-bolsheivks.

New Polish laws 'open the doors to Holocaust denial'

June 6, 2018

POLAND'S new anti-defamation laws have "opened the door" to normalising Holocaust denial, Labour's Alex Sobel told MPs yesterday.

The Leeds North West MP led a debate drawing attention to the hard-right Warsaw government's outlawing of references to Polish complicity in nazi crimes.

Mr Sobel said the "nationalist" laws "posed a threat" to proper historical understanding of the Holocaust. Poland's government denies such claims.

However, Mr Sobel told the Star that the laws risk allowing anti-semites to "think that their abuse is acceptable."

"I have personally received such abuse and I think the debate aired those issues here.

"The Polish anti-defamation laws have given licence to a widespread range of activity around the Holocaust - from a tirade of abuse against the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum to a lawsuit against an Argentinian newspaper.

"I hope the government takes up my concerns with their Polish counterparts at every opportunity."

Jewish groups slam YouTube over racist songs after blogger sentence

Hate blogger Alison Chabloz was convicted over anti-Semitic videos, which later reappeared on YouTube

Hate blogger Alison Chabloz was convicted over anti-Semitic videos, which later reappeared on YouTube ( PA )

YouTube has been criticised by Jewish groups for allowing videos of anti-Semitic songs to be viewed on its platform even after the racist blogger responsible for them was convicted.

The videos of Alison Chabloz, 54, singing tunes that referred to Auschwitz as a "theme park" and the gas chambers as a "proven hoax" bypassed YouTube moderators' efforts to block them.

Other "grossly offensive" lyrics included: "Did the Holocaust ever happen? Was it just a bunch of lies? Seems that some have intended to pull the wool over our eyes."

The videos of songs she had written called (((Survivors))), Nemo's Antisemitic Universe, and I Like It How It Is were still on YouTube despite Chabloz being found guilty last month at Westminster magistrates' court of two counts of causing obscene material to be sent and one of sending obscene material.

Blogger convicted for performing anti-Semitic songs about Holocaust

YouTube, owned by Google, said the original Chabloz videos had been taken down at the time of the conviction but replacement "re-uploads" had avoided detection by YouTube's filters as they had slight variations from the original versions. Google has removed the second batch of videos after being alerted to their presence by the Standard.

But a spokesman for the Board of Deputies of British Jews condemned YouTube's response as inadequate. He said: "Since Alison Chabloz had been found guilty of broadcasting anti-Semitic songs, it was absolutely incumbent on YouTube to ensure these songs were deleted immediately."

The Community Security Trust, which advises Jewish organisations on how to protect themselves, said: "Once Chabloz had been found guilty there was no question that YouTube should have removed these videos instantly."

The videos were posted by an account called NS Viking 2 and viewed hundreds of times. A YouTube spokeswoman said: "Holocaust denial is abhorrent and wrong. We remove flagged content that incites hatred, and last year we started applying Limited Features to videos that don't break our rules, but that skirt close to the line. Once a video that violates our policies is removed from YouTube, our technology prevents exact copies from ever being uploaded to YouTube again."

The prosecution was brought privately by the charity Campaign Against Antisemitism, then taken over by the CPS. Chabloz, from Glossop in Derbyshire, was told she could be jailed at sentencing on Thursday.
