If you buy chemicals or metals over the internet, NEVER, EVER trust the label, but test it first to verify it is what it is supposed to be. People have spent $40,000 for a gold bar that turned out to be a copper ingot, or spent $15 for pure cerium oxide from China only to discover it contained 50% lanthanum oxide as an impurity.
If you want colloidial silver from pure metal, buy reagent-grade silver from a well-known chemical supply house in a trusted country. You would want silver at least 99.999% pure or better, because one common impurity in silver bars is lead, and another less common one is cadmium. A new, pure silver coin is another alternative. Canadian Maple Leaf coins might be pure enough for medicinal use.
To get it tested, just drill the metal and send the drillings out to a lab that uses an ICP spectrometer or XRF spectrometer to check for impurities. The test is much less expensive than a hospital bill.

Yes, my advice is to use silver solution for external use only.
Humans require organic forms of elements, not inorganic.
Silver kills bacteria on contact but human bodies are not designed for it and it can cause problems even if pure silver.
Silver is like iodine in properties.
But iodine is used by the body so it is absorbed. Silver isn't so it gives a permanent barrier against viruses and germs.
In moderation of course.

Drinking a lot of water helps flush out the toxic metals and keeps things moving, and I would stop taking clay products as they are high in Aluminum which is also toxic. Once the Cd. has entered the bloodstream, it no longer is available for removal by Zeolite or Activated Carbon. Taking those days or weeks later does nothing at all.
Removing toxic metals from the blood requires something that enters the blood system.
EDTA should work. Vitamin C also helps neutralize toxic metals to some extent.
Organic compounds of Magnesium also helps for flushing out toxic metals.
As with everything, there is a balance to keep. Too much is harmful, too little is ineffective.
Suppliments should be taken based on body weight. So many milligrams of suppliment per kilogram of body weight.

Assuming pain is caused by inflammation, there are a few good natural remedies worth trying in modest amounts:
Curcumin, one active ingredient in Turmeric and Curry Powder used in cooking, is a relatively safe pain remedy as it reduces inflammation in the body.
Fish oil or cod liver oil also helps to reduce inflammation.
Heavy metal poisoning is one of those problems that resolves itself slowly no matter what you take for it.
Probably the best advice is to not overdose on anything. It could take weeks or months to eliminate most of the Cd. from your system.

I would study the various remedies for Lead poisoning, as they are useful for Cadmium poisoning as well as most other heavy metal toxicity problem.
But there is a big difference between what you would take immediately while the metal is still in the stomach, and what you need later after it enters the blood and organs. The remedies are different depending on the time elapsed.
