FACEBOOK YOUTUBE AND TWITTER FALLS UNDER THE 1ST AMENDMENT, PER SCOTUS
Marsh v. Alabama 1946: SCOTUS ruled, a "public square" is controlled by the 1st Amendment. Even if it's on company owned property
6/19/2017 Packingham v. North Carolina: .........After NC banned access to social media from certain criminals SCOTUS ruled social media to be "modern public squares", therefore social media is covered under the 1st Amendment
“A fundamental First Amendment principle is that all persons have access to places where they can speak and listen, and then, after reflection, speak and listen once more...”
"Social media allows users to gain access to information and communicate with one another on any subject that might come to mind. With one broad stroke, North Carolina bars access to what for many are the principal sources for knowing current events, checking ads for employment, speaking and listening in the modern public square, and otherwise exploring the vast realms of human thought and knowledge."
Facebook, and all of Silicon Valley is a clear danger to freedom in America. They have all gone far beyond an existential threat and now are guilty of actually twisting influence in all elections in USA. May their chickens come back to roost soonest...
if owners of social media can not handle US Laws they can always look for other business to pursue ... open a bakery where they could refuse to bake cakes for people they do not like as conservative white males, , start busing or taxi business where conservatives could be then sited at the back of the bus ... or something like that ...simple
LARGEST PATRIOTIC CHANNEL RED ICE TV BANNED FROM YOUTUBE
YouTube has just banned the largest patriotic channel, Red Ice TV which had about 350,000 subscribers, for alleged hate speech. The channel has long been suffering censorship, shadowbanning and oppression from YouTube, they had many videos deleted, demonetized, notifications did not reach out and so on and now the cherry on top of the cake they got their channel deleted altogether.
its either Free Speech or censorship. Hate speech does not exist, its a globalist disgusting invention and banning you from platforms based on that is basically illegal and unconstitutional.
YouTube has become a ghetto of the internet, a disgusting platform based on censorship and oppression of white people advocating for their rights, with now only dumb HA HA HA videos only being allowed, its all about the HA HA HA, the culture of laughter, idiocracy and entertainment, pranks, unboxings and anything at all that is NOT political and if it is political, it can’t be right wing, it must be left wing.
But hey don’t worry, Donald Trump is closely “monitoring” the situation and he’s about to do something anytime now… so just keep waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stop using YouTube, use BitChute.com, in fact. Stop using any globalist platform altogether.
Do not use Google for searching, use Bing.com instead, do not use Google or Yahoo email, use Yandex.com instead, so what if its Russian? Are the Russians gonna spy on you? Maybe, but so is USA spying on you and guess what, in case you say something wrong, Russians won’t ban you as an American, they couldn’t care less of your opinions as long as they are not anti-Russia of course…
And you know what? Even if you are anti-Russia, what can they do to you? They have no jurisdiction in USA, nor any extradition deal with the US, so all they can do to you is to delete your account but that’s not gonna happen, just try and see for yourself. They rarely if ever, ban their users. One might say that Russia has kinda became the new “land of the free and home of the brave”.
Do not use PayPal, use Russian Payeer.com, do not use Twitter, use GAB.com, do not use Facebook, use VK.com or OK.ru, do not use Whatsapp which is owned by Facebook, use Telegram instead. Do not use Chrome or Firefox browsers, use Yandex Browser, Brave Browser or Tor Browser instead.
Be smart, stay ahead, stop using globalist tools. Soon you will have to as things will only get worse and worse, more and more things will get banned and censored, its the end of the internet, its the end of times.
Can You Sue Social Media Under The Civil And Political Rights Act For Infringement On Your Freedoms? Yes You Can And You Should!
CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS are a class of rights that protect individuals' freedom from infringement by SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS , PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AND GOVERNMENT. They ensure one's entitlement to participate in the civil and political life of the society and state without discrimination or repression.
Civil rights include the ensuring of peoples' physical and mental integrity, life, and safety; protection from discrimination on grounds such as race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, color, age, ... POLITICAL AFFILIATION ... ethnicity, religion, and disability and individual rights such as privacy and the freedom of thought, speech, religion, assembly, and movement.
Political rights include natural justice (procedural fairness) in law, such as the rights of the accused, including the right to a fair trial; due process; the right to seek redress or a legal remedy; and rights of participation in civil society and politics such as FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION, the right to assemble, the right to petition, THE RIGHT OF SELF-DEFENSE, and the right to vote.
T. H. Marshall notes that civil rights were among the first to be recognized and codified, followed later by political rights and still later by social rights. In many countries, they are constitutional rights and are included in a bill of rights or similar document. They are also defined in international human rights instruments, such as the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 1967 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
Civil and political rights need not be codified to be protected. However, most democracies worldwide do have formal written guarantees of civil and political rights. Civil rights are considered to be natural rights. Thomas Jefferson wrote in his A Summary View of the Rights of British America that "a free people [claim] their rights as derived from the laws of nature, and not as the gift of their chief magistrate."
Lastly , yes, in the USA we waved our Property Rights under Civil and Political Rights Acts ..... (as the saying goes .....bake the fucking cake or else)
Communist Goals (1963)
15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

Is internet private property? Who owns the Internet? Wonder no more.
INTERNET WAS FOUNDED BY US TAXPAYERS, SIMILARLY TO HIGHWAYS, ELECTRICAL OR WATER LINES AND MOST OF THE RAILWAYS. INTERNET BELONGS TO AMERICAN PEOPLE AND NOT ANY PRIVATE ORGANIZATION.
TELL THOSE WHO THINK DIFFERENTLY “BUILD YOUR OWN INTERNET”
The history of the Internet has its origin in the efforts of wide area networking that originated in several computer science laboratories in the United States, United Kingdom, and France. The U.S. Department of Defense awarded contracts as early as the 1960s, including for the development of the ARPANET project, directed by Robert Taylor and managed by Lawrence Roberts. The first message was sent over the ARPANET in 1969 from computer science Professor Leonard Kleinrock's laboratory at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to the second network node at Stanford Research Institute (SRI).
Limited private connections to parts of the Internet by officially commercial entities emerged in several American cities by late 1989 and 1990, and the NSFNET was decommissioned in 1995, removing the last restrictions on the use of the Internet to carry commercial traffic.
Ryzen 9 3950X, an absolute monster of a processor sporting 16-cores and 32-threads, with a 4.7GHz boost clock. These specs are stunning in their own right, but what really takes it to the next level is that it manages to do it with a relatively low 105W TDP.
The thermal design power (TDP), sometimes called thermal design point, is the maximum amount of heat generated by a computer chip or component (often a CPU, GPU or system on a chip) that the cooling system in a computer is designed to dissipate under any workload.
