What's 11,000 Rubles a month worth in Russia? It would be like <$200 here...so not really that much! A bag of diapers cost $35 you know?

This should keep Mario busy for a few days:

President of Russia Vladimir Putin: Members of the Federation Council, State Duma deputies, fellow Russians,

............................

Second, I suggest formalising at the constitutional level the obligatory requirements for those who hold positions of critical significance for national security and sovereignty. More precisely, the heads of the constituent entities, members of the Federation Council, State Duma deputies, the prime minister and his/her deputies, federal ministers, heads of federal agencies and judges should have no foreign citizenship or residence permit or any other document that allows them to live permanently in a foreign state.

The goal and mission of state service is to serve the people, and those who enter this path must know that by doing this they inseparably connect their lives with Russia and the Russian people without any assumptions and allowances.

Requirements must be even stricter for presidential candidates. I suggest formalising a requirement under which presidential candidates must have had permanent residence in Russia for at least 25 years and no foreign citizenship or residence permit and not only during the election campaign but at any time before it too.

Putin is certainly keeping the jew/nwo media busy !

What do you make of the part I quoted above ??

Aren't most of those wealthy powerful 'dual citizens' Edomite-jews ?!

I continually tweet to US politicians against dual citizens in Congress, most of them are Jews with Israeli citizenship but some are Canadians and other loyalties.   I agree with Putin that Russia must be governed exclusively by native-born Russians or at least people who spent most of their lives in Russia.

Putin is doing what Atossa would suggest, trying to make it impossible for dual citizens to be elected.   It's not a total purge, it's a beginning.

Everything must be done incrementally to give a society time to adjust to new rules.   Dumping dual-loyalists is a great beginning to having a national government run by real citizens, not pretend ones.

Russian intelligence services can see what happens to a POTUS when his government Jews turn against him.

Putin is interested in preventing that from happening in Russia.   He can see the damage it did to Trump.

Since the fall of the USSR, millions of Edomite-jews have left Russia for Stalin's Edomite-jew colony that occupies and perverts God's ancient holy land.

Apparently, those antichrist Edomite-jews were still allowed dual citizenship in Russia ??

My understanding is... the Edomite-jew state can allow any jew worldwide dual citizenship.

But Putin's reforms might only restrict them from certain Russian government positions.

At Putin's slow pace of reform... Edomite-jews need not worry. As long as they can maintain their powerful wealthy Edomite-jew fifth-column presence in Russia, they will easily outlast Putin and take back power.

On another forum a poster mentioned Putin restricting foreigners, then compared Putin to Stalin.

I reminded him that Stalin wasn't Russian.

THE ENTIRE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT JUST RESIGNED AND NO ONE KNOWS WHY

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has made a shock and dramatic announcement that he and the entire Russian government is resigning in a statement just after President Vladimir Putin’s annual state-of-the-nation address, state media outlets report. The ruble slipped about 0.5% on the news.

Despite what appears a drastic shake-up afoot, Reuters suggests it’s part of a plan that could result in Putin extending his power despite a constitutional ban currently in effect preventing him from running for more than two consecutive terms. It appears a bid for him to handpick the new government and enact reforms that could weaken his future successor.

“President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday proposed a nationwide vote on sweeping constitutional changes that would shift power from the presidency to parliament and the prime minister, a move that could allow him to extend his rule after leaving the Kremlin,” Reuters comments.

Medvedev said the government resignation means Putin will decide the new government’s make-up, after which the now former prime minister appears to have been appointed head of the security council.

So despite it appearing that Putin is perhaps actually giving away power, it must be remembered that his presidential term doesn’t expire till 2024.

“In this context, it is obvious that, as the government, we must provide the president with a capability to make all decisions,” Medvedev said of Putin’s proposing several amendments to the constitution. Medvedev later told TASS that Putin’s proposals introduce “substantial changes not only to an entire range of articles of the constitution, but also to the entire balance of power, the power of the executive, the power of the legislature, the power of judiciary.”

Russia’s RT is reporting the newly resigned ministers will act in a ‘caretaker’ capacity:

Accepting the resignation, Putin asked the ministers to function as a caretaker government until a new one is formed.

Before announcing the resignation of the cabinet, Medvedev met with Putin to discuss his state-of-the-nation address, which took place earlier on Wednesday, the Kremlin’s press office said.

Putin also said that he plans to create a position of the deputy secretary of Russia’s security council, and offer it to Medvedev.

Putin said during his address: “Of course these are very serious changes to the political system.”

“It would increase the role and significance of the country’s parliament … of parliamentary parties, and the independence and responsibility of the prime minister,” he added.

Skeptics, however, see it as an attempt to create more “options” to wield influence over parliament even after he exits the presidency.

Reuters, for example, notes that “Critics have long accused him of plotting to stay on in some capacity to wield power over the world’s largest nation after he steps down. He remains popular with many Russians who see him as a welcome source of stability even as others complain he’s been in power for too long.”

But then again one could argue that given Putin voiced a desire to change the constitution to give the State Duma (which is the lower house of parliament) the ability to select Russia’s prime minister and other top positions, this actually creates more checks and balances and fundamentally diffuses power away from the executive.

My impression is that Putin has three main goals with the constitutional changes:

1.   After Putin retires from public office, to protect Russia from someday electing a bad president who turns into a power-mad monster;

2.   To thin out the Russian bureaucracy so needed changes can happen faster.   Shifting power to local officials may do that.

3.   To protect Russia from bad judges and corrupt court systems by allowing bad judges to be quickly removed.

Dumping the entire government solves the problem of favoritism, bureaucrat retaliation, and allows complete restructuring the entire system to make things happen quickly.   You won't have one bureaucrat complaining that his agency was eliminated while some other bureaucrat kept his intact.

Only a Putin could pull this off without a huge internal battle.   No tanks or artillery required this time.

While Putin is re-writing Russia's Edomite-jew oligarch rag they call a constitution... hopefully he will re-criminalize homosexuality and restore the death penalty. Of course, he should also outlaw all Edomite-jews [that would be too wonderful but too far-fetched even for a fairy tale.]

Details matter, so the grand sweep of goals can get flushed into the sewer of details.

Putin's team will work out the details if they haven't already, and I suspect they had a fairly complete package ready before announcing it.

Every good idea can bring a bad result if the wrong people look for loopholes and find them, so whether the changes are genius depends on what kind of people are elected to local offices in Russia.   It should work out fine if they elect smart people of good will.

Odd how Mario hates Trump just like the Jews in Congress do, and he hates Putin just like the communists in Russia do.

Why is that?

Is there a ki.ke in Mario's family tree, perhaps?

Odd how you can't say KI.KE without a period in the word.   It's not a curse word, not even truly derogatory, it's just a nickname for a Jew.

But we can still write "JEW", for some reason.   I would think all variations should be banned if one is.

Old American saying, "Birds of a feather, flock together", seems to apply to those who hate Trump.   Maybe they are Jews and some don't know it?

There are similarities.

Jesus campaigned on a platform of love for mankind, yet threw the money changers out of the temple.

Trump campaigned on a platform of love for America, yet the money changers are throwing him out of the temple.

It's the Jews after Trump.   Jews always crucify the good guy.
