Thanks Patsy.

Schliemann's  digs found many bronze age relics. He gave credence to Homer's epic on the Trojan War.

In my family in Epirus, it was passed down as we were descendants of Achilles.

Menen aeide thea....Homer's Iliad, first lines, translation by Shaktiman:

"Sing O Goddess of the accursed Wrath of Achilles, son of Piliadeos, that placed wrath upon and sent forth the souls of tens of thousands of valiant Achaean heroes  (Greeks) into hell."
